Ballroom Philadelphia - Policies

General Policies

  1. Payment. Cash or credit only. There are many ATMs close to our location.
  2. Liability Waiver. You acknowlege that by attending in these classes, you have no medical conditions that would preclude you from participating and that CHIMAC, Ballroom Philadelphia, and VB Investments LLC has no liability for any accidents or injuries that may occur during class.
  3. Nice People Only. We reserve the right to eject any students that exhibit rude, disrespectful, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate behavior. Students ejected in this manner will NOT receive a refund.
  4. Stay In Your Level. You may only attend intermediate/advanced classes with instructor approval.

New Student Special Policies

  1. The second private lesson, the group class, and the practice session/party must be used within 60 days of the first private lesson, or they are forfeit.
  2. Private lessons must be cancelled via email with 24 hours notice or else they are forfeit.
  3. For the purpose of refunds, the group class and practice session/party have no monetary value. We will provide a pro-rated refund to account for lessons taken and lessons that were cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. The refund will be given in the same manner in which payment was made.
  4. Clients may only take advantage of the New Student Special once. Any lessons taken afterward are subject to our normal pricing.

Bronze Program Policies

  1. All classes must be used with the calendar month or they are forfeit.
  2. You may only attend classes at or below your level.
  3. You may pause your program at any time for a period of up to 2 months. You must notify us via email before the 1st of the month that you are pausing.
  4. You may cancel your program at any time, as long as we are notified before the 1st of the month, you will not be charged.
  5. No refunds or pro-rating.

Private Lesson Policies

  1. You must arrive on time. We will not extend the lesson if you are late.
  2. You must give 24 hours notice before cancelling a lesson - otherwise, the lesson is forfeit.
  3. If you decide to discontinue private lessons, we will provide a pro-rated refund to account for lessons taken and lessons that were cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. The refund will be given in the same manner in which payment was made.
